Please choose carefully prior to committing to an order.

IC Lighting Return Policy lasts 14 days. If that period has gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or a In-Store Credit.
Products returned are to have all original packaging, including all parts and associated pieces. The products are to be un-installed, with no clipped wires or missing hardware. If a returned item is determined to be in non-sellable condition, no credit will be given for that item.

Store’s Display Items that are in working order at the time of purchase, cannot be refunded.

Discontinued or Clearance items that are in working order also cannot be refunded.

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, we will do our best to replace the item immediately. We must be notified in writing (admin@ic-lighting.com.au) of any fault or damages within 48 hours of the delivery. After this period of time, any replacement parts required may be chargeable.
You will also be responsible for any return shipping charges.

IC Lighting is unable to refund if the items are unwanted, you simply changed your mind or the items were not installed by an licensed electrician.

IC Lighting will gladly offer an In-Store Credit, or an exchange, for all the items that have not been installed and that are in their original packaging.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of 25% will be charged on returns of any item. In the event that an item is damaged in transit, we will do everything we can to resolve the matter immediately for you.
